Hello, visitors to The Crude Apache website.
Or rather,
http.hello.www. visitors.to thecrudeapache.co.uk, as those with no
girlfriends tend to say.
We are The Nimmo Twins, or Owen Evans and Karl Minns if you want to know our names before we dyed them. Crude Apache is where we both "cut our teeth" comedically, although cut teeth only proved useful in one sketch we eventually wrote about Dracula and Simon Callow in a Wincanton sauna room. Since Crude Apache, we have played three Edinburgh festivals, perfomed two Radio Four series, four Radio Two series and despite protestations continue to perform our sketch and character shows from Southwold to Singapore.
Although at the moment, we do not have our own page here in
Ciderspace, we are now working on one, which will have pictures and words
and links to other relevant sites far too depressing to list here. Until
then, if you want information about when, where or why the Nimmo Twins
continue to perform, info can be gleaned, (and if we were you we'd make sure
